About NeedMyTools

NeedMyTools is a free library of PDF, image, business and calculator tools, with practical guides, published in English and Arabic. It is built for people in the Gulf and around the world, with dedicated tools and guides for Gulf rules alongside tools that work in any country. The site launched on 9 October 2026 and is owned and operated by ZK Digitals.
Our mission
Everyday tasks such as converting a document, writing an invoice or working out an end-of-service benefit should not come with a catch. Our aim is to offer dependable tools that are genuinely free: no account, no watermark and no paywall at the download step, with clear answers to the questions people ask most, in the Gulf and worldwide.
Our commitments
- Every tool is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no payment to download your result.
- Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your files and figures stay on your device. The few that need a server, such as Word to PDF, say so clearly and delete your file as soon as the result is ready.
- Any limits, such as file size or daily use, are stated on the tool before you start.
- Calculators based on a law or an official rate cite the source and the date it was last checked.
- Verified corrections are made promptly, and the page date is updated when the content changes.
Who is behind NeedMyTools
NeedMyTools is a product of ZK Digitals, a web development studio, and is built and maintained by its founder, Abuzar. Every tool and page is checked against its sources and tested in English and Arabic, on mobile and desktop, before it goes live. We do not publish invented authors, reviews or ratings.
How we build and test
Each calculator is checked against worked examples taken from the rule it follows, and backed by automated tests that run before every release. Pages that rely on changing data, such as gold or fuel prices, show where the figure comes from and when it was updated, and never describe dated figures as live. How the site is funded
NeedMyTools will be funded by advertising, which is not switched on yet, and is supported by optional donations. Advertising never changes a result, and no company pays to be featured in a calculator or a guide. Any sponsored article is clearly labelled as sponsored.
Arabic content
Every page is written in Arabic as well as English, right to left, rather than translated word by word. Arabic text is checked by automated tests and is marked as pending review until a native-speaking editor has read it; religious and legal wording is reserved for a specialist. Corrections from readers are always welcome.
