By using NeedMyTools you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

NeedMyTools offers free online tools, calculators, data tables and guides. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. Tools are provided as they are and as available, without any promise that they will always work, be error-free or suit a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site, including sending automated or bulk requests to the tools that run on our servers.
  • Do not upload files you have no right to process, or files containing malware.
  • Do not use the site to create documents meant to deceive, such as fake invoices, receipts or letters.

Your files and content

Most tools process your files and numbers inside your browser, and they never reach us. Tools that need our server, such as Word to PDF, receive your file only to process it and delete it as soon as the result is ready. You keep all rights to your files and to the documents you create, and you are responsible for what they contain.

Results are your responsibility

Calculators, data tables and guides give estimates and general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or religious advice. Check important results with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you rely on them. See our disclaimer for details.

Our content

The site's text, design, code and tool output layouts belong to NeedMyTools and ZK Digitals. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Do not copy whole pages or republish our tools as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources and other websites so you can check facts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NeedMyTools and ZK Digitals are not liable for any loss that comes from using or being unable to use the site, its tools or its content.
