What we collect without asking
Anonymous usage data: which pages and tools are used, rough country and city from our hosting network, language, device type, browser and operating system. A random ID is kept in your browser's local storage so we can count visits. We do not store IP addresses, precise location or tracking cookies, and none of this identifies you.
Your files, numbers and location stay on your device
The PDF tools, calculators, number to words and the Qibla finder run inside your browser. Files you open, amounts you type and the location you share for the Qibla are processed on your device and are not sent to us or stored by us. We only record that a tool was used, as described above.
What we collect only if you choose to
If you fill in the optional form after using a tool, we store the name, email, mobile number and gender you give us, together with the tool you came from and the time you agreed. We use it only to send updates, new tools and offers. We never sell it.
Donations
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep the amount, currency, status and any name or message you add, for seven years, as required for financial records.
How long we keep data
Raw anonymous usage events are deleted after 90 days. Contact details are kept until you withdraw consent. Donation records are kept for seven years.
Your rights
You can switch off anonymous analytics from the footer of any page, and we honour your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. You have the right to a copy of any personal data we hold about you and to have it deleted. A contact address for these requests will be published on this page before we start collecting any contact details. We aim to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU GDPR and the California CCPA.
