ATS-friendly CV maker

Build a clean, professional CV that recruiters and applicant tracking systems can read. Fill in your details, pick the Gulf or international style, choose one of three templates and download your CV as a PDF. It works in English and Arabic. Free: no sign-up, no watermark and no paywall at download. Your CV is saved only in your browser and never uploaded.

Quick answer

To make a CV here, choose English or Arabic and the Gulf or international format, pick your profession to start from example text, fill in your details and choose one of three templates, then save it as a PDF from your browser's print window. The Gulf format adds nationality, visa status and driving licence lines that UAE and Saudi employers often ask for. It is free with no sign-up or watermark, and the CV is kept only in your browser.

Gulf employers often expect nationality, visa status and a driving licence on the CV. Photo and date of birth are optional; add them only if the job ad asks. Experience comes first, newest job at the top.

Template

Fills the job title, summary, skills and the first job’s bullet points with an example you can edit. Replace every [X] with your own facts. Your personal details stay as they are.

What makes a CV ATS-friendly

Most large employers and recruitment agencies in the Gulf screen CVs with an applicant tracking system (ATS) before a person reads them. These systems read text, not pictures, and work best with a single column, standard headings such as Work Experience and Education, and plain bullet points. Every template here is built that way: the PDF contains real, selectable text, there are no tables, text boxes or icons hiding information, and dates sit next to each job. Use the same words as the job advert in your skills and achievements so the system matches them.

CV examples by profession

Not sure what to write? Pick your profession above the form and the CV maker fills in a job title, a professional summary, the skills employers and applicant tracking systems look for, and example bullet points for your latest job. Every number is left as [X] so you add your own results; nothing is invented about you. Examples are available in English and Arabic for:

  • Accountant
  • Teacher
  • Nurse
  • Driver
  • Sales executive
  • Customer service
  • Receptionist
  • Administrative assistant
  • HR
  • Civil engineer
  • Mechanical engineer
  • Electrical engineer
  • Software developer
  • IT support
  • Cashier
  • Security guard
  • Electrician
  • Chef or cook
  • Pharmacist
  • Marketing
  • Project manager
  • Storekeeper
  • Fresher (first job)

CV formats for freshers, experienced staff and career changers

Choose a CV type and the page reorders itself; the content you typed stays the same.

  • Experienced: summary, then work experience with the newest job first, then education. The standard reverse-chronological CV most Gulf recruiters expect.
  • Fresher or student: education and skills move above experience, so a degree, training and projects are seen first. List internships, volunteering and part-time work as experience.
  • Career change: skills and certifications move to the top, followed by experience, so the reader sees what transfers to the new field before older job titles.

UAE and Gulf CV format

A Gulf CV usually adds a few details that would be left out in the UK or US: nationality, current visa or residence status (for example transferable, or a visit visa), notice period and driving licence, which matter because they affect how quickly you can join. A photo and date of birth are still common but optional; add them only if the advert asks. Keep the CV to one or two pages, put your most recent job first, and give each job three to five achievements with numbers where you can.

Arabic CV

Choose Arabic as the CV language and every heading, date and label switches to Arabic with right-to-left layout, while the content is whatever you type. Many Saudi and government employers ask for an Arabic CV, and some candidates send both. Keep company names, certifications and software as they are officially written, and check the Arabic text carefully or ask a native speaker to review it before you apply.

Free means free

Many CV builders let you type everything and then ask you to pay or subscribe at the download step. Here the download is always free, with no account, no watermark and no limit on how many times you download or edit. The CV is generated in your browser and saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it; nothing is sent to our servers, and you can delete it with one click.

Frequently asked questions

Is this CV maker really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no payment at download, ever. You can download and edit your CV as many times as you like.

Should I put a photo on my CV for UAE jobs?

It is common in the Gulf but optional. Add one only if the job advert asks for it, and use a recent, professional photo with a plain background.

Can I make my CV in Arabic?

Yes. Choose Arabic as the CV language. Headings, dates and layout switch to Arabic right to left, and you type your content in Arabic.

Will applicant tracking systems read my CV?

The templates use a single column, standard headings and real text, which is what ATS software reads best. Match the keywords in the job advert to improve your chances.

Where is my CV stored?

Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Clear my CV to delete it, for example on a shared computer.
