Saudi Government Services: Absher, GOSI, ZATCA and Other Official Websites

Saudi government services are spread across dedicated platforms: Absher for Interior Ministry services, separate platforms for visas, social insurance, tax and justice, and ministry websites for health and education. This page lists the official sites we opened and checked, with what each one is for, so residents, visitors and business owners can go straight to the right one.

Quick answer

For Interior Ministry services such as residency and passports, use Absher (absher.sa). Visas are on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa platform (visa.mofa.gov.sa), social insurance on GOSI (gosi.gov.sa), VAT, zakat and customs on ZATCA (zatca.gov.sa), and court and notary services on Najiz (najiz.sa).

These bodies matter, but their websites did not load for our checker on the date above, so we have not linked them. We will add each one once we can verify its address.

  • Unified National Platform (my.gov.sa)
  • Qiwa (labour services platform)
  • Ministry of Interior website
  • Ministry of Commerce
  • Saudi Electricity Company

Before you use these sites

Check the "official government website" banner

Saudi government sites we opened, such as ZATCA, HRSD and the Ministry of Health, show a banner at the top saying it is an official government website of the Kingdom, with a "How to verify" link, and Najiz states it is registered with the Digital Government Authority. If a page asking for your Absher login or card details has no such banner and an unfamiliar address, close it.

Residents: Absher is the main account

Interior Ministry services for iqama holders run through Absher Individuals, and employers handle their staff through Absher Business. Keep the mobile number on your Absher account current, because one-time codes go there.

Never share a one-time code

Do not give your Absher one-time code to anyone who calls or messages you, whoever they claim to be. Our Saudi scam guide covers the fake calls and messages reported most often and where to report them.
